Welcome to the online gallery for the research project “What it means to be a citizen at post-16”.
Using photovoice, this project has worked with small groups of post-16 students in a creative workshop-style exploration of citizenship. Participants have communicated matters they have identified as important to them through this creative process, by taking photographs and writing short captions for them.
This exhibition features images selected by participants and is organised in a way that reflects their discussions and the emerging themes and patterns that they identified when looking at the photographs.
The in-person exhibition will take place in Sparks, Bristol 10th – 14th July. Free tickets to the Launch event on the 10th July are available here: https://buytickets.at/penwilliams/1295778
